PRICING, TEXT & PHOTOGRAPHY
Errors in pricing, text and photography are subject to correction and may change without notice. When errors do occur your order will be canceled and refunded.

SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service/purchase for any reason on any purchase current or future.  We do not hold orders.

BACKORDERS
Even with our large inventory, backorders can occur. If this happens, we will make every effort to contact you immediately with information regarding fulfillment time.

Order Cancellation

If an order has not shipped and you want to cancel your order you must do it by email not phone. To cancel an unshipped order please email sales@mandhtires.com and provide us your name, phone number and order number. If we don't receive an email regarding cancellation an order is considered open. If tires already shipped out and you cancel the order or refuse shipment you will still be charged for all shipping charges. If you refuse an order you will be charged the additinal fees associated with the product coming back to our facility. 

SHIPPING 

All packages (tires, tubes, merchandise) are shipped without signature required for pickup **there are exceptions to signiture required based on location of shipment which will be determined by our organization. It's your responsibility with the tracking number provided to track the package and pickup up the package upon delivery. We are not responsible for theft upon delivery and you absolve us from any liability. No refunds will be given in cases of theft. We do not drop ship to ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO,  GUAM, APO/FPO, AA AND INTERNATIONAL for dealers unless the dealers business is located in that area. 

SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO,  GUAM, APO/FPO, AA AND INTERNATIONAL
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO, AA and International locations will incur extra shipping charges that will be added after the ordering process.

*Domestic and International shipping - the estimated days for shipping is an estimate time from the actual shipping date. You will not hold our company liable for shipping charges or the order itself if your order by chance takes longer than the estimated time frame set by the shipping company because we have no control of the shipping process as soon as an order leaves our warehouse. We do not guarantee expressed or implied delivery time. There are many factors than can affect and prolong the shipping process and we like to make our customers aware that it can happen at times. Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate your business.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES, DUTIES AND PAYPMENTS
All taxes and duties above the tire price and shipping charges are the customers responsibility. It is your responsibility and not MandHtires.com / Hashim's Automotive Inc. to know these charges prior to ordering. MandHtires.com / Hashim's Automotive Inc. only charges you for the tire price and shipping charges - taxes and duties will be a separate charge handled by a different entity other than MandHtires.com / Hashim's Automotive Automotive Inc. In no case will MandHtires.com / Hashim's Automotive Inc. pay for taxes and duties. All international customers will need to make their payments with PAYPAL. Our company does not accept interntional credit cards. 

COUPONS, REBATES AND PROMOTIONS
MandHtires.com has the right to negate any coupons, rebates or promotions at anytime.

M & H RACEMASTER SLICKS

1. All racing slicks are TUBE TYPE, NYLON CORD, and BLACK WALL.
2. All tires should be matched for dimensions to obtain performance. The dimensions should not exceed ½" in circumference.
3. Unless specified otherwise, M&H Racemaster tires are designed and compounded for racing purposes only. They are not legal for use on streets or highways.
4. Due to conditions under which they are expected to operate M&H Racemaster tires are sold as is and M&H Tire Company Inc., makes no warranty express or implied as to the merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose or otherwise with respect to M&H Racemaster tires and shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages arising out of use thereof.
5. Tire mounting should be done by trained personnel using proper tools and procedure. Failure to follow safe mounting procedure could result in faulty positioning of the tire and cause the assembly to burst with explosive force sufficient to cause serious personal injury or death. Clean rim and lubricate beads before mounting. Lock rim on mounting machine or place assembly in a safety cage before inflating. Use air hose with clip on chuck and extension air gauge. STAND BACK. Never exceed 35 PSI to seat beads on rim.
6. M&H Racemaster tires should not be stored in high temperature areas, in direct sunlight, around welding areas or around high voltage electrical motors.
7. Any applicable taxes will apply.
8. Never attempt to chemically treat or alter the tire tread compound or carcass of any M & H Racemaster Tire. This practice could result in premature tire failure, which could result in serious injury or death.

M & H RACEMASTER DOT TIRES

1. D.O.T. Certified Tires are TUBE TYPE, NYLON CORD, and BLACK WALL. D.O.T. Certified Tires also include NON TUBE TYPE RADIAL tires.
2. Due to conditions under which they are expected to operate M&H Racemaster tires are sold as is and M&H Tire Company Inc., makes no warranty express or implied as to the merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose or otherwise with respect to M&H Racemaster tires and shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages arising out of use thereof.
3. All D.O.T. tires have passed D.O.T. requirements but have reduced skid depth to facilitate racing without the expense of buffing of 50 to 60% of the skid that is standard on D.O.T. tires produced for normal highway use. Due to the reduced skid depth these tires are not recommended for normal highway and street use and are not economical for normal highway or street use as the expected miles of wear is greatly reduced due in part to the original shallow skid depth.
